Open your configured Avaya software on your computer (Equinox) or cell phone (IX Workplace);

To initiate a call, tap or click the symbol for the dial pad in the upper left corner.
Select the numbers you wish to dial
Incoming calls will look like a regular incoming call on your cell but the Avaya IX Workplace above indicates it's from your desk phone.
Incoming calls on the computer will look like this:
And can be answered with the green button and ignored with the red. Ignored calls will go to your work voicemail.
